There
were several styles of serial number plates used over the years. Below are
a few examples.
The one above is from 1947 and shows a serial number of 5786.
The one above is from 1953 and shows a serial number of 173924J. The "J" suffix
letter indicates a Rockford clutch as a special feature.
The one above is from 1963 and shows a serial number of 221399J. The one above is from a 1957 Lo-Boy and shows a serial number of 4391J. |
