We recognize that despite all our efforts, you may receive a part that you wish to return. You may return any part, within 14 days, for a merchandise credit, less shipping costs. New parts must be in their original, unopened, packaging.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return shipment.
We do not accept any COD returns.
TM Tractor Parts is an online business. On occasion, circumstances beyond our control will interrupt our ability to communicate with you via e-mail or by telephone. We apologize in advance and assure you that we make every effort to stay connected!
Under no circumstances can TM Tractor Parts be responsible or liable for incidental or consequential damage of any kind, damage to other parts, repair costs, personal injury, loss of income or loss of life.
